Task 1 (36 in the book), I´m not going to make them in the order of the book. Well the task reads: Write down the 10 best things about being single.

Here we go...

1. I can watch whatever I like on tv or rent whatever movie I want.

2. I can buy stuff without having to hide the receipts or lying about how much it cost.

3. I can spend quality time with myself

4. I don´t have to spend weekends with any other relatives than my own.

5. I don´t have to fight about money or bills with anyone

6. I can go out with whoever I want without having any explanations to do to anyone

7. I can decorate my home however I choose without having to negotiate with anyone

8. If I want to read a book the whole night I don´t have to listen to anyone complaining about having the lights on.

9.  I don´t have to worry about anyone else

10. I don´t need anyone to validate me, I am appreciating myself.

Being single can be an emotional rollercoaster, sometimes you really miss someone but most of the time I am glad I don´t have to deal with the mess of a relationship every day.

So first task done, It was a piece of cake. stay tuned for the next one :)

Have you ever wondered if youŽre going to be single forever? Well I have, IŽm closing in on three years now. And while IŽm not even close to desperation since being young and single is fun I do sometimes wonder.
